Chuck Wicks Concert in the park ~

O.k.

o during the summer time here, they have FREE concert in the parks where anyone can come and listen to the band for free that night. It is every Thursday night. Tonight happened to be Chuck Wicks, who is from Dancing with the Stars. He also signs "Stealing Cinderella." It was a great concert! ~

A great time at Silver Falls State Park ~

O.k. So we decided to go camping this last week at Silver Falls State Park, which is onloy about 40 minutes away from our house. It was beautiful! They have a trail of 10 waterfalls. Unfortunately, I couldn't do the almost 9 mile hike to see them all. We did however see 4 of them this time. They were beautiful! I am attaching pictures from our trip. We have decided to go back again this weekend for a few days after finding out that disabled veterans can stay free for up to 5 days at a time. That included staying in a full hook up RV site! Apparently, We can stay free at any Oregon state park. Yippy!!!So, I guess we will be doing more camping now!

Mary's Peak, Oregon ~
